GO was synthesized according to the modified Hummer’s method [36], wherein a 2 g portion of graphite powder was placed in a 250 mL beaker, then 1.0 g of NaNO3 and 46 mL of sulfuric acid were added with vigorous stirring in an ice bath at 0 C.Then, 6 g of potassium permanganate was placed slowly onto the mixture at <20 C. After 5 min we removed the ice bath, followed by heating out at 35 C for 30 min. Subsequently, a 92 mL aliquot of deionized water was poured slowly onto the mixture
